This is located in the west of Havana, from the 7th Avenue to the north coast and from 5th Avenue Tunnel to the neighborhood "Reparto Nautico".

How was created Miramar ?

In this neigborhood are located luxury residences. A lot of them were bilt during the 1950's. There you can find many embassies and business centres. Miramar is a very clean area. This area is 10 minutes drives away to Vedado and 15 to 20 minutes from Central Havana (Centro Habana) and Old Havana (Habana Vieja). 5th Avenue (5ta. Avenida) is the most important street in Miramar.

In this area you can find a lot of leisure centres for cuban people, for example : Felix Elmusa (Náutico), Jose Ramon Rodriguez (Casino Español), Julio A. Mella (Habana Yath Club), Gerardo Abreu Fontan, Otto Parellada (Hijas de Galicia), Braulio Coroneaux (Cubanaleco), Patricio Lumumba (Miramar Yath Club), El Coral and the Ferretero; these beaches are not good for sunbathing because of their rocky shores.

The room prices in this zone are between 30 and 60 convertible pesos (CUC) per day depending on the conditions in the house.
