There is neighbouring of Miramar and Atabey. Here are localized very pretty houses with a big green garden, a lot of this houses were built in 1950-60, we can find residences with swimming pools too. This area is a little far of center, for this reason you need a car. Allow 15 minutes drives to the center of Vedado and 20 and 25 minutes of Centro Habana and Habana Vieja respectively in a normal car. In this zone we can find the Conventions Palace (Palacio de las Convenciones) and his neighboor residences, the Hotel Palco and the Pavilion for Expositions (Pabellón de exposiciones) PABEXPO. Economical restaurants for eat must be El Palenque (typical restaurant, side of PABEXPO) and La Vicaria where the food is good and sheap; La Ferminia is a high category restaurant in this area but is more expensive. The price of rooms in this area varies between 35-45 pesos convertibles/day.
